It’s a very recession-resistant business. Everyone’s got cars. They always have to be repaired. When you talk to the folks at Meineke, compared to the folks at other brands, it’s almost immediate that you can see they get it. They get that we must follow up with customers digitally. We must have a certain process. We must have procedures in place to encourage customer retention, to convert customer phone calls into visits. And there’s a lot of science and data behind why they do what they do, and their operating procedures that they’re pushing across a whole system that work very well.
